主要研究方向

1、统计基因组学

目前,从事海量组学数据的遗传分析方法研究,代表性工作:

1)建立关联分析的基于IBD的混合线性模型分析方法(Genetics 2005, 169: 2267- 2275)和发展了全新的多位点GWAS方法(mrMLM算法: Scientific Reports 2016, 6: 19444; ISIS EM-BLASSO算法:PLoS Computational Biology, 2017, 13: e1005357; pLARmEB算法:Heredity, 2017, 118(6): 517-524;FASTmrEMMA算法:Briefings in Bioinformatics 2017, online; pKWmEB算法: Heredity, 2017, online)(基于大数据和CPU并行运算的配套软件包mrMLM v2.2可通过电子邮件索取,以前版本可在https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/mrMLM/index.html下载);

2)提出基于多基因背景控制的全基因组复合区间作图GCIM法(Scientific Reports 2016, 6: 29951)(mrMLM v2.1及其以前版本包含多QTL定位的GCIM方法);

3)提出了偏分离群体连锁图矫正方法(Heredity 2014, 112: 479-488; TAG 2007, 114: 295-305),DistortedMap v1.0可在http://www.nature.com/articles/hdy2013127或https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3998779/下载,或邮件索取);

4)提出了超饱和线性模型参数估计的惩罚最大似然方法(Heredity 2005, 95: 96-104),参与提出Bayesian压缩估计方法(Genetics 2005, 170: 465-480)

5)提出了利用部分NCII遗传交配设计进行遗传分析的策略及其分析方法(PLOS ONE 2015, 10(3): e0121034;Scientific Reports 2015, 5: 18376)

6)系统拓展了主基因+多基因混合遗传分析方法(简称数量性状分离分析)(R软件包SEA可邮件索取)

2、基因分子进化

目前,主要从事作物基因组变异与复杂性状形成的分子进化机制研究。代表性论文:基因组变异与豆科植物根瘤固氮(MBE 2013,影响因子:14.308)、禾本科植物高淀粉含量(MBE 2012,影响因子:10.353)、太湖猪高产仔数基因挖掘(Proceedings B 2017,影响因子:5.4)、大豆高蛋白质含量和油菜高油份含量的分子进化机制研究

3、大豆驯化性状的遗传基础

在TAG、Scientific Reports和Mol Breeding等发表论文多篇。

工作经历

1、华中农业大学植物科技学院教授,主要从事数量遗传学新方法研究;

2、南京农业大学农学院作物遗传育种专业,历任副教授(1999)和教授(2002),从事统计基因组学、基因分子进化和大豆遗传学研究工作;其中,2003-2005年在美国加州大学Riverside分校做统计遗传与基因组学博士后;

3、西南大学荣昌分校,历任见习助教、助教(1987)、讲师(1992)、副教授(1995);从事生物统计学的教学与应用研究工作,曾任重庆市遗传学会常务理事、动物科学系主任助理和副主任、重庆市荣昌县政协常委。
